How do I change the video that I am watching?
You can choose the video you want to play by clicking on the thumbnails available on the lower part of the player.
In the LIVE section you can find events that are currently being aired live, next scheduled events and a file with events that have already finished.
In the VOD section you can find full shows, summaries and other clips. In this section you have a menu that enables you to filter videos by sport.
You can also use the ESPNplay.com search engine to look up other contents.
Can I pause video?
Yes, you can. To pause the main big video, click on the pause button on the bottom left of that screen. To pause the smaller mosaic windows, click on the "Pause Video Feeds" button located underneath the windows.
What can I do if the video stops or plays slowly?
To improve the ESPNplay.com experience it is recommended to have a broadband internet connection over 768 Kbps (minimum 450 Kbps).
If the video is jammed, stops or plays slowly, try one or all of these options:
Try using the smaller video option (screen).
Pause the video and wait until the video buffer finishes uploading, then try playing the video again.
Refresh your browser, close it and then open it again.
If you are watching videos through a wireless internet connection, try connection through a physical network (cable) or get closer to the Wi-Fi router to receive a stronger signal.
Minimize the use of Internet and other networks while you are watching ESPNplay.com. If you are running applications that require an intensive broadband use, pause or close these applications while you are watching videos on ESPNplay.com.
If you are sharing the Internet connection with other people, make sure they are not using applications that require an intensive broadband use while you are watching ESPNplay.com.
If you are running other applications that require an intensive CPU use, close these applications and restart your computer.
Why does audio or video playback stop and/or stall?
Playback should not stop or stall under normal circumstances. However, video delivery may be disrupted during periods of internet congestion or when too many computer applications are open at the same time.
